The Hague

Maybe you need more than a day when you go shopping in The Hague. The shopping area is large, the shops are very diverse and you can shop there every day of the week. For high-end fashion, jewelry and tailor-made designer shoes, go to the Hoogstraat, the Molenstraat, Noordeinde and the Plaats. Art, antiques and books

On the Frederikstraat you will find many bookshops. The Denneweg is great for art galleries. In the Prinsenstraat you can find some more exclusive art galleries and antique shops. The 7 shopping streets are within walking distance of the station and in the heart of the city center. Here the many smaller stores with a more exclusive offer are located, hidden in monumental buildings. You will find, among other things; interior design, trendy fashion stores, art galleries, specialty shops, boutiques and contemporary shops, in short, there is diversity enough. The route goes as follows; Mariaplaats-Zadelstraat-Lijnmarkt-Oudegracht-Lichte Gaard-Vismarkt-Oudkerkhof-Domstraat-Domplein.

This city is one of the nicer shopping cities of the country and can call itself the 2nd shopping city of the Netherlands due to its large diversity of shops.

In the main streets such as; the Langestraat, the Laat and the Ritsevoort are mainly well-known shops and large chains. These are open every day of the week.

There is a nice atmosphere in the old part of the city center. In the characteristic side streets such as the Hekelstraat and the Kooltuin you will find specialty shops where you can go for vintage, interior, shoes, jewelery and jewelery.
